The University of Notre Dame Department of Physics has been included on an American Institute of Physics (AIP) list of physics departments that conferred the largest number of undergraduate degrees. The list includes departments where PhD is the highest degree offered and averaged 20 or more physics bachelor's degrees in the classes of 2012, 2013, and 2014. Notre Dame Physics averaged 28 degrees during that period of time.
