Review of the H0 Problem

This will be a review on the current status of the H0 tension. I will discuss three things in this talk: (1) how do we measure the Hubble constant using observations of both the early and late time universe? (2) what is the H0 tension? (3) what are the theoretical attempts that try to reconcile the tension? The talk is designed for a broader audience who are not necessary cosmologists.
