Three Department of Physics Graduate students are recipients of the 2015 CRC Award for Computational Science and Visualization.

Matthias Wolf and Anna Woodward received an award as a result of a software package that they wrote together to enable high energy physicists on the CMS experiment to make use of a broader set of computing resources then they can usually access. Wolf is advised by Prof. Michael Hildreth and Woodard is advised by Prof. Kevin Lannon.

Aparna Bhattacharya also received a 2015 CRC award. She is advised by Prof. David Bennett.
